We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2018 European Civil Protection Forum “Civil Protection in a Changing Risk Landscape” is now open! You can register until 9 February 2018.

Follow this link to register and visit the conference’s website for more information about the programme.

The Forum is the largest recurring public event on European cooperation in civil protection and is organised every two years by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO). Since its inception, in 2003, the Forum has largely contributed to shaping the European policy on civil protection and disaster risk management.

This year, the discussions of the Forum will be structured around four policy axes:

(i) Strengthening Europe's preparedness; (ii) Simplifying European collective response; (iii) Scaling up prevention and (iv) Fostering resilience and cooperation with Europe's neighbourhood.

Please note that the event will also be web streamed. The link will be published on the conference’s website.
